Start the day with views of the beautiful bamboo garden at 54TH STATION GRILL for a hearty and wholesome breakfast. The mouth-watering choice of seasonal products and breakfast favorites changes every day. Try an authentic Japanese breakfast one morning, and a classic continental the next. Or mix things up. Eggs are cooked to order and the bread selection is freshly-baked. Accompany your meal with seasonal fruit juices, gourmet tea, and coffee.
For lunch and dinner, enjoy a variety of premium cuts of meat grilled to perfection by the chefs in the open kitchen. Savor Japanese Wagyu, alongside cuts from the overseas such as USA and Australia. There’s also Kyoto local chicken and specialties, succulent seafood and, of course, varieties of wine.
